2025

Welcome back!
I sincerely apologise for my months and months of silence.I'm back and will be consistent God willing.
The call to preach the gospel to every body/nation is a call to all Christians in every field, the dramatists and novelists are doing an amazing job of providing godly, watchable and readable content.

There has been an increase in the production of godly content of improving quality:greater aesthetics, cinematography, costumes, background music, sound, lighting, and most importantly messages pertinent to this present time and season, this is most commendable.
We are still a long way from perfection but we are definitely not where we started. I'll know, I've been watching from childhood.
While we look forward to more and better productions, I'll add that I've noticed 2 things I'm not particularly happy about.
1. A tilt towards immodesty.
In a bid to be more realistic or in vogue, Christian actors/movies now sometimes use costumes that are not entirely befitting of a christian (and I'm not talking about costumes for intepreting a bad character or role oo), actually good people role with immodest dressings. This should not be so my people, how then do we make the difference?
2. The resurgence of parts and seasons.
Disclaimer: I'm not saying making a movie in parts and seasons is wrong. What I'm saying is that sometimes it is not necessary!
A good movie that made great waves and was a blessing to the body of Christ must not have a part 2 or season 27. It was great, the message was passed, the Lord was glorified, move on to the next assignment.
I've seen one too many movies watered down due  to parts and seasons. The story line loses its focus and begins to occilate off orbit like lost planets, not cool at all.
Let's do better dears.

That being said.
I'll restate that I'm committed to acknowledging and promoting  godly media content (novels and movies), fir we must consume right contents and the knowlege of God must reach the ears and eyes of everyone.
Follow me on this journey as the Lord leads us all.
Seramkon Faithfulness.

How should the Church respond?

3 movies, different people, same message. A good Christian lady fell from grace by getting pregnant out of wedlock, a pastor who...
