HEART PAIN.
written and produced by Mike Bamiloye.
Did you grow up in a Pastor's house or Missionary house or any minister of God's house?
Then you will totally be able to relate to this movie, it might not be what was obtainable in the home you grew but it is definitely what is happening in lots and lots of ministers homes.
Pastor Nelson was on fire for God, he had a mandate whose urgency sent him all over the country preaching about, holding conventions, impartation services.
Anytime he came home he was almost immediately preparing for the next big outreach or preaching engagement. So his head was buried in bible and commentaries and marathon prayer retreats.
The ministry was supposedly moving forward but he was leaving his family behind.
The devil he was casting out on the mission field had left the battle ground to his home to attack his family.
I think one thing I appreciated most about this movie was the fact that the scenes were short, this is almost unlike most Mount Zion movies. Also Mrs Nelson killed her role, she did a very beautiful job of it
However I felt like the hospital scenes were missing something(though I can't place my hand on it ) more so the doctor looked like he was reading off his script instead of acting.Other than that I feel that a good job was done.
Most importantly what I've learnt
1. After God, you biggest piority is your family they are your first ministry.
2. They're is absolutely no situation the devil will not try to manipulate no matter our good intentions, don't give the devil a chance with anger and resentments.
3. Don't be out feeding the world when your household is hungry, that is how your children learn to steal.
4.The act of parenting is not for one parent alone but two, don't be irresponsible in the name of being busy for God.
5. Someone's fault or sin does not invalidate your wrong.God will judge each one based on what he has done
6. Pray for your ministers and their family, they are also humans with human problems.
